How do I get my desired date?

Please let us know your desired date and check with our partner if your desired date is still available. Some of our Feel Good Moments are naturally outdoor and weather dependent. ATTENTION: There may also be seasonal restrictions - especially outdoor activities.

Can I postpone or cancel booked appointments?

Appointments already booked can only be postponed or canceled with the organizer of the Feel Good Moment directly. The conditions for this are regulated in the terms and conditions of the partner/ organizer.

What happens if the adventure has to be canceled at short notice due to weather changes?

Due to bad weather conditions, the organizer can cancel the adventure at short notice, as long as the adventure can not be carried out safely.

The decision is made exclusively by the organizer! If the Feel Good Moment has to be canceled, you have the possibility to make a new appointment for free or you can get the money back from us. Unfortunately, we can not afford a replacement for further expenses.

Please always check the weather situation a day before directly with the organizer!
